CNY

Its another year… CNY coming.

Goodies, mandarin oranges, Hongbaos from CNY… all this flooded into my mind. Gatherings from the relatives (mostly once a year), meeting up with friends for CNY dinner etc…

Year after year, the mood of CNY is getting lesser and lower. I don’t feel the mood of it unless you really go down to chinatown to see the lightings and crowd to buy NY stuffs.

Getting older each year, the meaning of NY is just another day for me, maybe another 2 to 3 days for me to rest from work.

So what is your opinion?

    I agree with the mood being less CNY-ish. Some how, something seems to be missing or it’s tiring year after year.

    Collecting angbaos used to my goal :P Now, it’s defusing the ever-relentless questions of my marital status. -_-|||
